Whether young people are helping load items
for the Salvation Army or helping a young
person with disabilities compete in a game,
they are learning and developing the
character traits that will impact the lives of
their friends, family, co-workers, and
community in the future. We work to help
young people not only experience
opportunities to serve but we also help them
process that experience.
We believe this strategy is a win/win for
everyone involved. Individuals in the
community are served and the individuals
serving them grow in their maturity and
character. It is our privilege to be in a position
to coordinate these divine opportunities for
