We call our approach to values based Leadership Training and Character development
QUEST. Our CORE VALUES are the foundation for the training. In a world of changing mores,
young people long for a moral compass to help them navigate the difficult challenges they face.
Values matter! No matter where life may take these young people, their values will endure. We
incorporate them throughout the experiences we provide for young people. Whether they are
volunteering in a nursing home, working with a client, or backpacking on the Ozark Highland
Trail with their Youth Strategy teammates, our young people are on a Divine Quest! There is a
plan and purpose for their life. Youth Strategies wants to help young people discover that plan
and help them reach their full potential.
Part of the training involves them developing their own Life Purpose Statement. This helps them
know their goal and is the first step in empowering and unleashing their potential.
